We take these matters seriously and will enforce any claims against Plantgear.com about such matters following applicable local and international laws.

COPYRIGHT, BRANDS, TRADEMARK, AND TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP

We take intellectual property rights very seriously. If you suspect that a product or image on Plantgear.com infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide the following information so our legal team can take immediate action:

• The particulars of the product or image that you claim have been infringed.

• URL and description of where on the website the material that you claim is infringing are located.

• URL and description of where the original and fair use of the infringing material can be viewed.

• A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 

• A written statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. 

• Please show us proof that the images belong to you, including when the images were taken, the photographers, the location of the images, and the original images. You are responsible for the authenticity of any materials you provide to us.
